Shipping Policy

At this time we only ship to locations within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, the packaging and handling required, and the shipping distance. Most plants larger than 1-gallon size cannot be shipped. Occasionally we can ship plants in the 2- to 5-gallon range, but the additional packaging and handling required can increase shipping costs significantly.

Colder regions warning: If you are  expecting temperatures  below 32 degrees within the next  five days after placing your order, we highly recommend adding a heat pack to your order. We are now offering 72-hour heat packs for an additional $3.00. 

Returns, refunds and exchanges

We do not accept returns.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@dryoasisgardening.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
