These newly arrived tissue culture plugs are available for a short time.

Aloe 'Christmas Carol' is a hybrid succulent developed by Kelly Griffin, potentially involving Aloe 'Doran Black' as one of its parent plants. This small, slow-growing aloe forms compact rosettes of dark green leaves, edged with bright red and adorned with yellow to deep crimson bumps. The plant’s color intensifies in full sun, and the rosettes grow up to 12 inches in height and diameter. The fleshy, lance-shaped leaves can reach 6 inches in length. During fall to winter, Aloe 'Christmas Carol' produces reddish-pink to orange flowers on a tall spike. This aloe thrives in well-drained soil and should be placed in bright, indirect light indoors or light shade outdoors. It can tolerate temperatures between 25 to 50°F (USDA zones 9b to 11b) and requires deep watering when the soil is dry, reducing water frequency during winter. While it doesn’t need fertilizer, it may benefit from occasional feeding. Aloe 'Christmas Carol' rarely needs repotting, but can be propagated through offsets, cuttings, or seeds. It is non-toxic to people and pets.

You will receive a very similar plant to the one in the picture. Mature plants shown for reference. The plant is shipped "dry-root" (without soil).
