These large 15ga plants started as offsets from a mother plant labeled as Aloe vaombe. They've seen better days but at this point just need some TLC and to be planted in the ground or into a larger pot. The last picture, with the blue background, shows what the plants looked like in the last few years.
Aloe vaombe is a magnificent succulent tree that can grow up to 12 feet tall or more, with solitary rosettes of cupped-shaped leaves up to 5 feet across.
